Carlo is the founder and director of Victorian Neuropsychology Rehabilitation Services (VNRS). Carlo’s main areas of interest and expertise is in areas including neuropsychological assessment, management of behaviours of concern, working with clients with multiple and complex needs, and neuropsychological counselling.
Carlo has worked in ABI rehabilitation since 2003. Previous roles have been in public health in areas including mental health (inpatient and community) and ABI rehabilitation. He has held positions including Manager of the Neuropsychology Department and Manager of the Allied Health Clinical Research Unit at Angliss Hospital. Carlo worked in an ABI community rehabilitation organisation (Osborn Sloan and Associates) before establishing VNRS in 2012.

Jane subcontracts with VNRS to provide therapy, assessment, and behaviour support input to clients with NDIS funding, in addition to working in her own practice. She is especially interested in rehabilitation following acquired brain injury, focusing on each client as an individual, and helping them to build on their strengths to compensate for post-injury changes in cognition, emotions and behaviour. Jane brings a wide range of skills to her neuropsychology practice, including extensive experience in business.
In addition to rooms in Mornington, Jane visits clients in their homes and community settings across south-east Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula.

Dr Kate Frencham

Kate provides community based neuropsychological rehabilitation for people with acquired brain injury. Her current focus is on providing positive behaviour support and counselling to help her clients adjust well and live connected and meaningful lives. Kate is experienced in providing counselling to families affected by ABI and consultation and training to teams who support people with ABI. She lectures in community rehabilitation at LaTrobe University.
Kate has worked in ABI rehabilitation since 2010. Prior to that she worked in rehabilitation and assessment for people with Multiple Sclerosis, as well as a range of public health positions including adult and aged persons’ mental health and rehabilitation.
Kate subcontracts to VNRS to provide behaviour support to NDIS participants. Kate also works in her own private practice.

Di is a subcontractor to VNRS, providing behaviour support to clients with acquired brain injury under their NDIS plan. With regards to behaviour management, Di is known for her client centred and creative approach, as well as her ability to support family and teams on complex programs.
Di has worked in ABI rehabilitation since 2003 in the inpatient and community settings in Melbourne and London (2005-2010). She enjoys the privilege of working with people to support their personal endeavours to enjoy a full and meaningful life. Di has a special interest in sleep and maximising daily function in valued activities for her clients.
Prior to starting her own private practice, NeuroMatters in 2015, Di worked in an ABI community rehabilitation organisation (Osborn Sloan and Associates) in Melbourne.

Belinda has dual qualifications as a neuropsychologist and occupational therapist. She has provided community-based rehabilitation to people living with an acquired brain injury since 1998. Belinda worked as a clinician on a research project investigating the effectiveness of Positive Behaviour Support conducted by Monash Epworth Rehabilitation Research Centre. Belinda subcontracts to VNRS to provide behaviour support to NDIS participants who have an acquired brain injury. She also runs her own neuropsychology and occupational therapy private practice, Integrated Rehabilitation.
Belinda is passionate about supporting people with an acquired brain injury to adjust to life and pursue meaningful life roles and activities post brain injury, as this is an essential component in minimising behaviours of concern. Belinda works collaboratively and creatively with the person and their family, friends, carers, therapists, and community members to achieve the best outcome for the person.

Kim has rooms in Seaford, and visits people in their homes in South East, Bayside, Mornington Peninsula and Gippsland areas.

Millie is an Occupational Therapist (OT) and NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner. She subcontracts to VNRS to provide behaviour support to clients with an Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) under their NDIS plan. She completed her Masters of Occupational Therapy Practice in 2018, following the completion of a Bachelor of Arts (majoring in Psychology and Criminology). Millie has experience working with people with a range of neurological conditions. She has worked as an OT in community settings in Melbourne and in inpatient settings in the United Kingdom. Millie has worked as a behaviour support practitioner since 2021.
Millie enjoys working collaboratively with clients and their support networks, to support adults with an ABI to engage in meaningful life roles, build positive social connections and increase their independence in valued activities.
Millie provides OT services through another community-based organisation, Victoria Community Living.

Dr Lee Cubis is a Clinical Psychologist with over two decades of experience in the disability sector; initially as a Disability Support Worker and then as a Clinical Psychologist. He has worked extensively across hospital, community, and disability services with people with Acquired Brain Injury, progressive neurological disorders such as Multiple Sclerosis and Huntington’s Disease, Autism Spectrum Disorder and Intellectual Disability.
Lee previously worked in Queensland Health as a Senior Psychologist where he developed a clinic for people experiencing chronic pain and provided services within a Spinal Injuries Unit and a statewide Acquired Brain Injury service. His PhD in Clinical Psychology explored the cognitive, social and psychological impacts of brain tumour.
Lee subcontracts to VNRS, providing Positive Behaviour Support to NDIS participants. His role involves working closely with individuals, families, and support teams to implement evidence based tailored strategies.
In addition to his work with VNRS, Lee runs a private practice and is actively involved in research and professional development training within the disability sector.

Aimee adopts a person-centred and collaborative approach. She is an empathetic and thoughtful psychologist dedicated to helping her clients achieve goals that align with their strengths and values. Aimee provides behaviour support, neuropsychological assessment and counselling.
Aimee’s research interests include telehealth solutions for people living with younger onset dementia, with an aim to generate access to specialised diagnostic and intervention services. Her research also extends to co-design and intervention development, specifically for people living with dementia and their care partners.
